Dana Jorgensen, Bend Surgical Associates' patient financial and insurance coordinator, is committed to helping our patients better understand the costs associated with care, provide payment options based on individual insurance plans and will help finalize billing arrangements between all parties.
We accept most insurance carriers’ coverage plans, however, the patient is ultimately responsible for the total cost of medical services provided by Bend Surgical Associates. Changes in deductibles, coverage dates, pre-existing conditions and other insurance plan details may affect insurance reimbursements.
We will do the best we can to help you understand the costs of care and your insurance coverage options as well as work with you regarding payment options.
